Inside Edition just did a very enlightening short documentary on the dangers of NOT having an ANTI-TIP device installed on non-permanently mounted ovens/stoves. Home Inspectors are required to inspect for this in a home inspection by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Installing one is highly recommended to protect the safety of your children.
